Your product org has outgrown the way it runs.
I'm Ademar Perez, a Product Operations consultant and coach. I find the operating bottlenecks slowing your product organization, redesign the workflows, and build the AI or agentic workflow worth building.
I'm an operations person who learned to build.
I have spent more than ten years in Product Operations, product delivery and technical program management across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, enterprise technology and AI-native products, working with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal and executive leadership.
My method runs in a fixed order: diagnose, simplify, automate, install, adopt, measure. I never automate waste. When AI earns a place in a workflow, I build it, and every agent I ship carries the same guardrail: missing information stays missing, and anything it infers is flagged for a person to confirm.

Who I work with
Two ways in.
Organizations
Product organizations of roughly 75 to 750 people, usually through a VP of Product, CPO, Head of Product Operations, COO or CTO. The work runs from a half-day workshop to embedded months inside the business, and it ends with something installed and in use.
Individuals
Product Ops leaders, product leaders, Engineering leads and Engineering Managers, plus Product Managers and people moving into Product Ops. 1:1 coaching in two programs, one for leaders and one for practitioners.
Astor Point Client Work
How a six-team product organization created one reliable view of execution without adding another tool.
Six product teams. Four tools they already paid for. Every week, one senior person spent two to three hours assembling a leadership status report, and leadership still did not trust the number. The manual report was the symptom. Visibility was the missing result.
The root cause was structural. An initiative was not a single object anywhere. It lived across the tracker, the chat threads and the docs, so each tool could only ever see its own slice.
The fix started with structure. I defined one structured record per initiative, decided who owns each field, and only then built an agent that keeps it current. It reads the tracker and the chat, reconciles where they disagree, writes one validated record, and posts the Monday leadership rollup itself. No new tool. No new login. No migration.

| Before | After |
|---|---|
| 2–3 hrs/week manual compile | Zero. It posts itself |
| Status scattered across 6–8 heads | One structured record per initiative |
| "Where's the status?" pings to team leads | Leadership self-serves a live board |
| Kickoffs opened with a 20-min re-walk of a stale doc | Kickoffs open with the current record |
| A PM's update = writing a summary | Under 5 minutes, reviewing a draft |

Bring the bottleneck you suspect: the report nobody trusts, the plan that does not survive the quarter, the status that takes a senior person a day to assemble. Or bring the role you are growing into. I'll tell you which kind of help fits, and if none does, I'll say so.
